Can we wear shoes?
No. We are a strictly a no shoe facility and require that everyone (adults and children) take off their shoes and wear socks in the play center. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the children as well as to keep the facility as clean as possible. If you forget your socks no problem, socks can be purchased (a portion of the proceeds from the sale of socks goes to charity).

Do I have to fill out the waiver?
Yes. Our insurance company requires a completed waiver for each child, parent or guest entering the facility to be signed by the parent or guardian. Unfortunately, children, parents or guests cannot participate without a signed waiver.

Are my guests required to sign waivers?
Absolutely! No one is allowed inside the play area without a signed waiver on file. Your guest can use the waiver attached to the invitation or one can be provided upon arrival.

No. Parents do not have to pay admission for open play but are encouraged to play and interact with their child(ren). Please remember that open play is parent supervised. Note: Adults must be accompanied by a child to enter the center.

Are two year old children admitted for free?
If a child two and under is able to interact with, play on/or in the play structures, equipment or toys, we will charge an admission fee. Please speak to any of our team members if you have any questions. We provide a comfortable place as well as age appropriate toys for our toddler clientele to interact with their peers and/or play independently while in the play center. Please check the admission tab for details on the admission types and cost.

Parents are allowed on the play structures to assist their little ones. Many small children may need a little help to fully enjoy the facility. We ask the adults to use the utmost care when inside and/or on the structures as to not interfere with the other children’s play experience.

What is your cancellation policy for inclement weather?
If the Harris County Emergency plan is in effect, A Bunch of Fun will be closed. We also reserve the right to close at any time if we feel the local conditions (i.e., parking lot, sidewalks, etc.) present a safety risk to our patrons or employees. We will post any weather closures on our website as soon as the decision is made. We will also try our best to contact you if you have a scheduled party for that day so that you may notify your guests. If you have a party that is cancelled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Do you need to be a member?

Strollers are not prohibited, but due to the limited space, we kindly ask they are brought in only if absolutely necessary. During busier days, strollers are required to be folded and stored.

Is there an age limit?
We have provided an active play and educational environment for young children because we want to give families with younger children a place all their own. However, this does vary due to the size and physical abilities of children. If for any reason we feel it is not safe for a child to be using our play structures, equipment or toys, we will kindly ask that they participate on structures and/or equipment that are appropriate for their size and capabilities. Older siblings are welcome to “help” but may not play on any of the equipment or structures. If they are doing so, they will be asked to sit in the snack area. To accommodate older sibling’s interests, gaming environments are provided and may add to their enjoyment during the younger sibling’s play time.
